The second app you can install on your smartphone to rent an electric scooter quickly and easily is Martı. We can say that we first got to know the electric scooter with Seagull. The app is available for both Android and IOS operating systems. Martı was launched on the Anatolian side of Istanbul in March 2019. It is now available in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Yalova, Antalya, Eskişehir, Ordu and Gaziantep.
To use Martı, you can see the location of the scooter closest to you after installing and opening the app. For the scooter you go to, you press the start driving button on the app. You only need to scan the QR code to unlock it.
When you reach your destination, lock the scooter according to the rules and take a photo. The cost of unlocking an electric scooter on Martı is 1.99 TL, plus 1.79 TL per minute.

BinBin Scooter App
Unlike other applications, this scooter application has made itself known by being put into service at Istanbul Airport and some universities in Istanbul. Especially considering the long distances of airports, it is a very good application. Also, unlike other scooter applications, it promises that you can travel 35 km with a single ride.
First of all, you need to download the BinBin app from the App Store or Google Play if you haven’t already. You can use the scooter in Istanbul, Izmir, Konya, Kayseri, Samsun, Eskişehir, Antalya, Kocaeli, Bursa, Adana, Gaziantep, Trabzon and Diyarbakır. Palm, which started to serve with university campuses, now appears as Fenix. Palm scooters first started to appear on campuses in 2019. About two years later, the Palm Scooter application was purchased by the Fenix company operating in Dubai. The company continues its activities in Turkey under the name Palm by Fenix.
In this application, you upload a balance in advance. The fee is deducted from your balance according to your driving time. Mobi Scooter App
The Mobi application, which serves in certain districts of Istanbul, is available for both Android phones and IOS phones. You can easily download it from AppStore or PlayStore.
As with other applications, you can see Mobi scooters on the map. When you come near the scooter, you scan the QR code. Then the app gives you a password. You can unlock the scooter with this password.
You pay by entering your credit card details. The opening fee of the Mobi Scooter app is 2.00 TL, adding 0.75 TL per minute. You can do a 10-minute ride for 9.50 TL and a 20-minute ride for 17 TL.
